    Historical Paris, Louvre & Eiffel Tower

    Birthplace of Paris. Enjoy a guided walking tour of the Latin Quarter and the Île de la Cité, where Paris was founded, discovering landmarks such as Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, and the Conciergerie, each reflecting centuries of royal and revolutionary history.

    The Louvre masterpieces. With your art historian guide discover the Louvre, exploring its medieval origins, ancient civilizations, Renaissance masterpieces, and imperial treasures, including the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, Winged Victory of Samothrace, the Code of Hammurabi, major works by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Veronese, Delacroix, David, and the opulent apartments of Napoleon III.

    Iconic Eiffel Tower finale. End the day with an ascent of the Eiffel Tower, where you may opt for a glass of champagne, a luxurious dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant at the summit or enjoy a refined brasserie experience on the second floor while admiring sweeping views over Paris.

        Rouen and Overnight. Enjoy a comfortable transfer to Rouen, an evening stroll through its medieval streets, dinner in an authentic café, and an overnight stay in an elegant hotel in the historic center of Rouen.

          Rouen, Etretat, Honfleur and Deauville

          Rouen. Enjoy a guided tour of Rouen, discovering its charming half-timbered houses, the impressive Gothic cathedral that inspired Claude Monet, and the square where Joan of Arc was burned in 1431.

          Étretat Cliffs. Marvel at the dramatic white chalk cliffs and the famous natural arches of Étretat, landscapes that inspired many Impressionist painters.

          Le Havre and the Normandy Bridge. Pass through Le Havre, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its modernist reconstruction after World War II, and drive across the impressive Normandy Bridge spanning the Seine estuary.

          Honfleur. Visit the picturesque harbor of Honfleur, lined with tall slate-covered houses and fishing boats. From this port, Samuel de Champlain sailed in 1608 to found Québec. Admire the remarkable wooden Church of Saint-Catherine, built entirely by shipbuilders.

          Deauville. Explore the elegant seaside resort of Deauville, famous for its seafood market, casino, neo-Norman villas, horse racing traditions, and the beaches that host the annual Deauville American Film Festival.

          Overnight. Stay overnight in an elegant hotel or a traditional Norman-style auberge.

            D-Day Thematic Tour

            Pointe du Hoc. Enjoy a guided visit to the dramatic cliffs where American Rangers scaled the headland on D-Day. Explore the preserved bomb craters, blockhouses, and memorial overlooking the English Channel.

            American Cemetery. Pay tribute at the American Cemetery of Colleville-sur-Mer, overlooking Omaha Beach and honoring more than 9,000 American soldiers who lost their lives during the Normandy campaign.

            Omaha Beach. Walk along the iconic stretch of sand where some of the fiercest fighting of the Normandy landings took place on June 6, 1944.

            D-Day Museum. Visit a museum dedicated to the Normandy landings and discover key exhibits explaining the planning, execution, and historical significance of Operation Overlord.

            Gold Beach & Arromanches. Explore Gold Beach and the remains of the remarkable Mulberry Harbour at Arromanches, an extraordinary artificial port built by the Allies to supply the invasion forces.

            Longues-sur-Mer Battery. Visit the well-preserved German coastal battery of Longues-sur-Mer, part of Hitler’s Atlantic Wall, where original bunkers and artillery positions still stand facing the sea.

            Optional sites. Depending on interests and timing, the itinerary may extend to additional historic locations such as Utah Beach, Sainte-Mère-Église, Juno Beach, the Bény-sur-Mer Canadian War Cemetery, Pegasus Bridge Memorial, or the Caen Memorial Museum.

            Return to Paris & Overnight. Enjoy a private transfer to Paris (about 3 hour drive). Stay overnight in an elegant hotel in the heart of Paris, or near the airport in case of an early flight.
