Chartres

Arrival. Enjoy a hotel pickup by your guide, followed by a smooth 2-hour scenic drive in a premium vehicle to Chartres.

Notre-Dame de Chartres Cathedral. Visit this masterpiece of Gothic architecture, renowned for its exceptional stained glass windows, labyrinth, and the Sancta Camisa, a relic believed to be the Virgin Mary’s tunic.

Historic Centre of Chartres. Wander through medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses, explore the historic Place des Épars, and discover the unique Maison Picassiette, a remarkable folk-art mosaic house.

    Lunch

    Enjoy your déjeuner at a historic café in Chartres or a traditional crêperie or café in Versailles.

      Versailles

      Versailles Palace. Explore the Marble Courtyard, Royal Chapel, Grand Apartments, Hall of Mirrors, Coronation Room of Napoleon, and more.

      Versailles Gardens. Stroll through the Great Perspective, the Orangerie, hidden groves (*bosquets*), and major fountains, including the Latona Fountain.

      Return to Paris. Drive back to Paris in a premium vehicle (approximately 50 minutes).
