All tours will be quoted based on an itinerary and timescale agreed in advance. All tours will be quoted and paid for in Euros.
Payment schedule:
30% of the total package price - on payment to confirm the booking and secure entrance tickets to different museums and sights.
70% of the total package price (the balance) is due 30 days before the departure date.
All payments are guaranteed and the total of the pre-paid amount sent will be refunded in the case of any tour operator failure.
Payment method:
You will receive a full refund of the tour price if you cancel at least 30 days before the start date of the tour. Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour.
Any non-refundable expense linked to securing entrance tickets will be withheld from the deposit amount, when refunding.
For a cancellation less than 30 days before the tour start date, the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the total package price.
You will not be eligible for any refund in the case of a “no-show” or if you initiate the cancellation on or after the tour start time, unless you are prevented from taking the tour by “Unforseeable Events” (see below). Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour.
We strongly advise all travellers to obtain medical travel insurance and cancellation insurance from a reputable travel insurance provider in their home country.
Your guide, driver, and vehicle are fully licensed, registered, and insured in accordance with French legal requirements.
As a US or Canadian or Australian citizen, travelling to France as a tourist, you only need a valid passport, no visa. Some foreign nationals may need a visa to enter France. Please verify your authority’s regulations.
You are responsible for meeting passport requirements, and we recommend applying for a passport well in advance.
Make sure that your passport's expiration date complies with the laws of your country and of France. For most countries, your passport needs to be valid for at least 3 to 6 months beyond your last day in France.
You can rent a car in France if you have a valid US, Canadian, Australian drivers licence. Some foreign nationals may not be allowed to rent a car in France. Please verify your authority’s regulations or seek our advice.
